Milan, Italy

Sala Verdi – Milan Conservatory

December 11th 2014 | 8.30 pm

EMMA for Peace is proud to support as institutional partner “FaRe, Music for Everybody”, a project created by Maestro Mattia Rondelli, in collaboration with BSI EuropeUniqa Insurance and Caritas Ambrosiana, promoting culture as one of the primary and crucial value for all individuals.

Thursday, December 11th at 8.30 pm, in the Sala Verdi of Milan Conservatory, Mattia Rondelli will conduct the Orchestra of the Academy of La Scala of Milan and the Ars Cantica Choir. The program features – for the first time in Italy – the Gloria for solo, choir and orchestra by Giuseppe Sarti and the Symphony n. 5, Opus 67, by Ludwig van Beethoven.

The concert is open and free of charge for everybody living, working or just passing by in Milano; however, it is particularly dedicated to those that for their living have no choices but to turn to the charitable services of the Caritas Ambrosiana. The work of this Foundation is not limited to the material assistance of the people in need, but also to giving them back dignity, thanks to inspirational cultural gatherings, where each of them can feel their own real value in spite of social, economic or working status.
